Vista - Easy Transfer

I was reading about Windows Easy Transfer. It sounds ideal for me except
for one concern. The web page doesn't say anything about transferring from
an older computer with Windows ME. Am I out of luck?

I believe it only runs on Windows XP and Windows 2000.
