Subsystem for UNIX-based Application

I'm super excited about my copy of Windows Vista Ultimate Edition. One
feature that really caught my attention is called "Subsystem for UNIX-based
Application." I also work with Unix/Linux systems at work, so for me
learning what exactly "Subsystem for UNIX-based Application" can and can't do
is really important. If anyone knows where I can get more information about
this feature please reply.

The Subsystem for UNIX based Aplications (SUA) is basically the older
Service for UNIX bits plus the Interix bits all updated for Vista

see

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/int...u/default.mspx
and
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserv...p/default.mspx

Plus more coverage on MSDN
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en
discussed here
http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/Sho...eID=1&PageID=2

And covered in the online help

Maybe a quick search at Microsoft.com will help you find even more
Search topis
SFU
SUA
Interix
Unix Vista

and so on
