Exchange 2003 or SQL 2005 admin tools dont work?

Is this for real? Admin tools for two of the most critical Windows
server apps don't work in Vista.

Anyone know of any workarounds at all?

Thanks.

Wait for the Vista-compatible releases that are imminent?
Run a Virtual PC session with your tools in it?

Re: Exchange 2003 or SQL 2005 admin tools dont work?

I'm just boggled by the fact they released an OS their main server
software doesn't work on. And Virtual PC/Server sucks miserably.
Guess I'll have to either have a VMware vmachine with the requisite
tools or remotely work on the server(s). In other words not use
Vista.

Great job M$.

I have the adminpak tools running thanks to this post.
http://4sysops.com/archives/install-...pack-on-vista/

I am still working on the Exchange tools.
