Vista - Folder Icon in User Folder not appearing correctly

No 'Customize' tab is normal for the Desktop folder.

The User Shell Folders don't use symbolic links, they are tricks of the
Explorer namespace. Still experimenting to find out if there's a way in
Vista to create your own.
