It's img17.jpg and img20.jpg from Vistas category. If you set them as wallpaper, then move "Desktop" to the front in Flip 3D stack, it somewhat aligns with actual desktop picture in the background creating kind of new perspective. -- Alexander Suhovey |

| | Re: have you noticed with flip 3d Okay, I really don't have a clue what's going on here. No problem finding the pictures. I know what Flip 3D is, and (I think) how to use it. But I really don't see what the heck you folks are talking about. Wanna give on old man a step-by-step with REALLY precise instructions so that he can see the effect to which you're referring??? Thanks. | | Re: have you noticed with flip 3d Oh, for pity's sake! I went back and looked at it again. You guys have too much time on your hands! Oh, wait a minute. I did it, too. Damn! Now I'm going through the other pictures to see if I can get parts of them to line up. This is dumb. But probably not as dumb as playing solitaire. Thanks loads for helping me find another time-waster, guys! ;-) "Alexander Suhovey" wrote: > "WoW" <startrek.jackson@tiscali.co.uk> wrote in message > news:8E793778-BAD1-40F7-B67A-CE18CF653F20@microsoft.com... > > ok set the weat picture as the backround open 5 windows and use flip 3d > > the "flip" to desktop but keep up the selection and the two pictures line > > up in the right hand top corner (the mountains bit) > > > > Nice. > > It's img17.jpg and img20.jpg from Vistas category. | | Re: have you noticed with flip 3d At first, I too didn't understand what OP is talking about :-) Well, not that it's something big, its just a somewhat amusing accident: - Set your wallpaper to one of images mentioned earlier - Bring up Flip 3D by holding down "Windows logo" key and pressing Tab. - Continue pressing Tab while holding down WIN key until "Desktop" window appears at the top of Flip 3D windows stack. - Look to the right where angled "Desktop" window aligns to actual desktop wallpaper in the background. I hope now it is more clear :-) -- Alexander Suhovey "jimmuh" <jimmuh@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:A5CD1010-CD86-4009-B1B1-D9C5D76F7459@microsoft.com... > Okay, I really don't have a clue what's going on here.
