Error code: 800B0100 and 8009200D and 0x800106ba in Windows Vista

Have installed my new Windows Vista Ultimate (english) today on my computer.
When i boot up my computer, Windows Defender shows me an error message!
When i boot is says: Application failed to initlalize 0x800106ba. A problem
caused this program's service to stop. To start the service, restart your
comptuer or search help and support for how to start a service manually.

And when i try to use Windows Update i get thise two errros: 800B0100 and
8009200D

Some details:

Update for Windows Vista (KB929735)

Installation date: ‎03.‎02.‎2007 17:57

Installation status: Failed

Error details: Code 800B0100

Update type: Optional

Install this update to resolve an issue that prevents Windows Search from
returning a complete set of results when a search is performed using the date
option and a non-Gregorian calendar is in use.

I use Internet Explorer 7, the one witch comes with Vista.
