    Laptop, Right? Get the proper drivers, this is a machine specific Fn
    key operation.
    Desktop monitors have their own controls.

I've Vaio 2.13GHz Duo Core, 2GB RAM, 100GB Hard Drive Laptop. When I had XP installed on it there were these shortcut keys generically installed....
