Unable to add site/link in IE7, running Vista Ultimate

I can't add to the favorites in IE7, get the following error "Unable to
creata........." "unspecified error"
Any thoughts?

My System SpecsSystem Spec

Have you moved your favorites folder?

I've found two workarrounds that solved the problem for me

1) Stop UAC

or

2) Grant explicit permissions to the user account
