SHUT OFF ONE CARE

    SHUT OFF ONE CARE

    I need a way to shut down one care so I can test my dsl settings. I can shut
    down the firewall through the console. Also I can shut down the anti-virus
    but it turns itself back on. All help would be appreciated. Thanks and have a
