However, tonight they called and told me a Microsoft team found the issue and is working on a resolution. No ETA but the Vista research team tells me they will call me Tuesday with an update. Mark |

My Product ID now works on their website. They would not tell me what they did except it was an issue on their end which has been corrected. |
