    P2P

Anyone have any luck with any P2P file sharing programs? I've tried limewire
and bearshare no luck. Tried running them in XP mode as administrator, still
    no luck.

I thought winmx was shut down. When did it come back online?

The WinMX network is totally dead. It is nothing like it was in around
2000. Check out Soulseek for music.

ABC (Bittorrent), Shareaza (edonkey, Gnutella, Gnutella2, Bittorrent)
    both OK here.

Make sure your firewall(s) are set up properly. I had to give
specific port forwarding instructions to both Windows Firewall and the
Firewall on my router for Shareaza.
