Vista - Cannot synchronize outlook 2003 using windows mobile device center

Hi,

I am using XDA Mini-s with windows mobile 5.0. I used to synchronize
contacts and mails with Outlook 2003.

I recently installed windows vista home premium and windows mobile device
center. I am able to connect XDA to mobile center and perform operations such
as browsing contents of the phone, synchronise files.

However I am not able to synchronise outlook contacts, outlook mails, notes,
tasks,etc. In short, I am not able to synchronise Outlook items.

I always get error message 'The server is busy'. I do not use any exchange
server. The error message is quite confusing.

Please help me regarding the same.
