Vista - how do i change drive letter?

Probably because there was not enough room on the C: drive and someone told
it to install somewhere else.....oh wait...that someone would be YOU

Wrong. The upgrade doesn't do the "verification media" thing this time
'round. One must use a different technique to wring a "clean install from
scratch" out of the upgrade media:

When I did the install there was 286 gb of hard disk space (is that not
enough space) duh!
anyway I dont have an H drive so how could I tell it to install there? duh!
