If they follow their normal patterns, they will likely not upgrade current products but rather twist your arm into purchasing the latest version. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Windows help - www.rickrogers.org "J Valdovinos" <werewolfjose@gmail.com> wrote in message news:8CA093FC-B710-4715-AB39-4F2838C1A5A0@microsoft.com... > Computer Associates has an antivirus that works with vista and its free > for a year seems to be , i just installed today and seems to be working no > problems, i tried symantec and comodo antivir progz and didnt work, EZ > antivirus did > > JV |

| | Re: Vista Antivirus I have on 10.1.394 and it didn't work. I got a note that a drive was not compatible with VISTA and it was blocked! In reality from all the old & new software I have installed, these three items did not work: 1- Norton AV 2- Zone Alarm (latest) 3- Lavasoft Adaware Personal (latest) Funny isn't it? | | Re: Vista Antivirus I'm using the free version of Avast Antivirus and so far it's working great under Vista. I'm presently surprized that it works because I've depended on Avast to protect my machines for years.
