Re: Windows Messenger

Yes - Windows Messenger is in Vista (at least x86 version)- Windows Live
Messenger is not.

Re: Windows Messenger

Running build 5384.4 x86 Beta 2 and I can assure you that Windows Messenger
is not included in it. I have been told that it will not be in the final
release either. However, there are a few new features in Vista such as
Windows Collaboration.

Re: Windows Messenger

No, but you can download and install it on Vista, just do a google search
for Windows Messenger 5.1.

Re: Windows Messenger

Just use Windows Live messenger 8.0 You can get it from this page
http://ideas.live.com/ I doubt you'll see another version of plain Windows
Messenger..
Note that live messenger 8 is also beta software but I run it without any
problems in Vista 5384
