NT Kernel & System is out of control. It's using CPU 56% everytime

my CPU usage just keep going up from 56% and goes down to 1% all the time. It
does this over and over. when i put my computer to sleep mode and use my
computer again the cpu usage issue just disappear. Are there any issue with
NT Kernel & system?

Just goto the bios setings off your computer and load defaut settings for you motherboard. start Vista en see problem solved.
sometimes an bios update can also help. reinstall OS will NOT!! NOT work
