| | too many wireless networks I'm thinking this is a common theme here... On my old laptop {XP} I have no problem connecting to my wireless network. I'ts secured, and I get a strong signal. On my new laptop {Vista} I connect easily to the wireless at work, but at home it's impossible. I suddenly can see half a dozen networks around me, including mine, but it keeps dropping me. Then it keeps trying to connect me to another unsecured network. At first I thought it was some dude in the same complex named belkin who didn't secure his network, but I noticed someone else here was writing about a belkin router {that made me laugh}. My network signal is really weak on the new laptop too, before it drops me. Is this a Vista issue? |
