Vista - Windows Update Fails 8000FFFF

Trying to do a Windows Update in Vista Ultimate and get the Windows Update
Fails 8000FFFF error. Any ideas what I can do to resolve this? Thanks.

What is in the WindowsUpdate.log located in the \windows folder?
Capture at least ten lines prior to the error and ten after the error
message.
