| | turn off transition effects as windows open and close Any idea where to do this? I can find it in XP easy enough, but the (almost) identical dialog in Vista (Home Premium) doesn't have 'transition effects' as an option. Dave |

| | Re: turn off transition effects as windows open and close I think you mean to go here, right click "Computer" select "Properties" left side, click "Advanced System Settings" > "Advanced" tab, under Performance, "Settings".
