Vista Tutorial - can't install or uninstall nero 7

Hi
I am using vista home premium and have tryed more than the once to install
nero 7 to no avail i keep getting "windows installer has encounted a
problem and needs to close "

so that closes and nero 7 does'nt install i have tryed so many times its up
to 3.9GB

but the problem now is i can't uninstall it cos of the windows installer
error

i think i'll have to reformat with xp and reinstall vista


should of stayed with xp me thinks

Try downloading and installing the latest version of Nero 7 from
www.nero.com. It's definitely Vista-ready now.

The version you have on your CD may not be Windows Vista compatable. You
should try going online and Downloading the new version of Nero 7.

Done a format reinstalled vista h p downloaded nero 7.7.5.1 set up ok used
now works a treat
