Urgent - TCP/IP problem

I have a print server. It worked well on my network when using Windows XP.
I change to Vista Ultimate today. When I config the print server, error
messgae appear that TCP/IP not installed. However, when I type the IP
address, I can longon into the print server. In Vista, TCP/IPv4 and TCP/IPv6
are installed. Does any one know what the problem? Any different in TCP/IP
version? Can I install TCP/IP from XP disc and How?

Thank you for help in advance

Re: Urgent - TCP/IP problem

Here is a suggestion, but I am not sure if you already tried this or if
this will even help. Unselect the TCP/IPv6 option and only allow
TCP/IPv4 remain enabled. Just wondering if the printer server is not
compatible with IPv6.

Re: Urgent - TCP/IP problem

I don't see anything about Vista or for that matter any drivers or software
for download on their site. Without some idea how it works I have no idea
what the problem could be. You'd have to contact their tech support.
