Eset NOD32 has versions for both 32-bit and 64-bit Vista.

Vista64:
I use Nod32 with Vista x64, it works very well but it's not free,
http://www.eset.com/. Also Avast has a free version available. Have a great
day.

Not that it helps exactly, but Symantec's corp Edt has Vista and V64 support
in their last release of 10.2

There is a 30 day try before you buy option for NOD32.

I'm using paid for NOD 32 increasingly for myself and my clients.
