Vista - flip 3d not working

I just instaled vista home premium on my laptop and flip 3d is not working
how can I fid this?

Check:
Right Click on the desktop, personalize, Windows Color & Appearance Make
sure it is on teh Areo(if I have the name correct) Theme, Not the basic
theme

but areo is not there. nothing close I had my friend try to hepl me and that
is what he sayed. but it is not there. do I need to reinstall?

How old is your computer?
If your computer is more then 6months old it may not have the drivers or
ability for 3d effect.
If you ran the Windows Advisory before you installed vista it would have
told you what you can do.
Can you give me some of your computers specs so I can try and solve your
problem
