Vista - Clock Gadget not updating?

My clock gadget is stopping and will not show the correct time again until I
open the properties page for the gadget. When I close the properties page,
and the time on the clock is updated. I can't figure out exactly when the
clock stops updating or what might be causing this. I'm using the standard
MSFT clock. Anyone else have this problem?

Does the correct time appear in your system tray?

I would try uninstalling the gadget, and reinstalling it from
gallery.live.com
