Vista - Windows Media Player 11 Id3 Tab Problem

When i edit an ID3 tag in WMP11 and then view the corresponding folder in
explorer, the ID3 info is not updated in explorer (despite trying to
"refresh"). This however only occurs with MP3s on my external hard disc, and
not with those on my internal disc (c.

When I update an ID3 of an MP3 on my external disc using WMP11, it updates
in WMP11, but if I remove the album then add it again, this reverts back to
the ID3 before edit.

Any help appreciated !!
