| | Correct RAM? I have 3072 MB of ram installed and this is confirmed by another program I have running on Vista. When booting up or looking at the properties in My Computer Vista says I have 2943 MB installed. What is the problem? |

The small evil microsoft pixies that came with vista took away 128mb during the night. They take it all back to Richmond where they are building a supercomputer with a planned 100M TB of RAM - which is just enough to run Vista Ultimate smoothly with Aero. ;-) PS - Not really.... what the dudes said above. -- Cheerz - Brownz http://www.brownz.org/ |

I did notice when I rebooted that the message "memory consumed by system resources 128mb." is displayed. I have recently upgraded to 3gb and this never appeared when I only had 1gb. |
