Vista - Sidebar bug

If I hide the sidebar, I can drag icons to the right of the screen. When I
show the sidebar, it covers them up and they are inaccessable.

Uh, yep; that would be "expected behaviour", not a bug.

Then it (sidebar) needs to be modified to allow click-through. Acually, I
discovered this accidentally by dragging the Recycle Bin icon to the far
right, and it let me drop it BEFORE the Sidebar activated - THEN it was
unaccessable! Now THAT would be a bug!
