Vista Redemption, COA Invalid?

Hi,

I bought MCE 2005 in November- Fine. but trying that modus site, i got
through to inputting my card details and at the last moment, it said there
was an error and try later.

I did that, now it says my COA is invalid. I've emailed Modus 3x with no
reply and im getting worred cause i know they take long to do anything. I
dont wanna miss out.

What should i do?

Who can i contact?

Modus are the ones you need to contact, and judging from what I've seen they
are likely swamped, so expect delays. Alternately, you can try the system
manufacturer, but you will likely hear the same thing.

Re: Vista Redemption, COA Invalid?

I have replied on my other thread, but if you go to the site now, you might
find you will get an order number, instead of going to buy Vista go the bit
that says check existing order and put your COA and email address in, then
it will hopefully like mine, will have a window that says order confirmed
and also an order number.

Modus is the only one who can help you, apart
from 'Consumer Protection'. Check to see if your
'payment' went through.
And, I'm sorry to say, join the 50 other people
in this ng that are having the same problem.

Re: Vista Redemption, COA Invalid?

Result - I have had an email this evening saying:
"We have received a copy of your proof of purchase. We will email you a
confirmation when the validation process is complete."
Whatever that may mean!
