Vista - Problem with Aero on Vista Ultimate 64bit

So, I have Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit. At first here are my specs:
CPU Intel Pentium D 830 3,0GHz
Asus P5ND2-SLI (Motherboard)
1GB of RAM
256MB HIS Excalibur X800GT IceQ II turbo (Video Card)
And when i start Windows I see that I have Aero but in some seconds it
disappears. Ive tryed to change Aero in Windows Color and Apperance but there
isnt color scheme Aero..
So i have latest Video driver for Vista 64bit. And in Ati Radeon there is my
Video Card listed that it supplies Vista. So guys can you help me? Will
Microsoft release something?

Are you using the ATI Catalyst drivers downloaded from their website?

Yeah, ive tried from Ati drivers but didnt help. Ive tryed from hisdigital it
didnt help me out. What next? maybe can anybody give driver what actually
works with Aero on my Video Card?!

When i am going to folder (My Computer, My Documents etc... Any folder) Then
my Color scheme is going to default "Windows Vista Basic". And Aero is gone.

Its a problem with systems more than 4 GB... limit the memory size to 4GB and try..

– Aero might get disabled on systems with 4GB+ RAM. So try limiting the RAM size using MSCONFIG à Boot tab à Advanced options and change maximum memory to 3072
