Vista - Windows Explorer in Constant loop of stopping and Restarting

Ok guys so here is my problem..I bought this new laptop with Windows Vista on
it, and it has been running good thus far. Until last night that is, i turn
on my laptop and everything loads up fine but when that is finished i get an
error message saying windows explorer has stopped running and will restart.
After that happens i cannot click or open any other programs and it does this
over and over again in one big loop. I need help fixing this problem big
time. Any inputs would be appreciated.
