Vista x64 Home Prem. BSOD

Had Vista installed and working fine for about 2 weeks, I then decided to
upgrade my Graphics Card to take full advantage of Vista. But my new graphics
card in vista loaded and loaded drivers then needed to reboot. Then hit me
with a BSOD:

Error Code Ox2
Time 506563ms

Tech Sup.
0x000000EA (0xFFFFFA, 8003848800, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000,
0x0000000000000000)

Removed the graphics card and rebooted with the original working card - this
didn’t work.
Then tried system recover from the Installation and this didn’t work.
Put the new graphics card back in and tried a new installation - got the
BSOD again.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-K8NS Pro
New Graphics Card: ATI SAPPHIRE Radeon X1650 Pro (AGPx8, 512mb DDR2)

Please can anybody help?

Re: Vista x64 Home Prem. BSOD

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/293078 KB is for XP but the same applies
with Vista.

Can you boot into Safe Mode and uninstall the graphics drivers?

Re: Vista x64 Home Prem. BSOD

Have you downloaded and installed the latest drivers for the new card? ATI
has released new drives within the last day or so.
