Vista - Alcatel Speedtouch USB + Vista?

Hi,
Has somebody any experience connecting the Alcatel Speedtouch USB modem to a
Vist PC?

I can´t find any driver for it.

Claims will work, but it didn't on 2 clients

This worked on one of them but not the other..

That user is now using an ADSL router with built in modem... ;-)

It is not possible to connect many USB modems including most bt voyager
modems and Alcatel Speedtouch modem to a vista system you must upgrade to a
ethernet-based modem.

Yes, I'm using it quite happily here.

The Speedtouch support pages aren't clear, but a driver is available.....

Download the 'Driver for WinXP 64-bit' from here and install it. It
includes the 32 bit version.

I clicked your link but is says highlighted in red that the USB driver is
not available for Vista
