Vista - Vongo in windows vista

I just brought my new laptop with windows vista. My Vongo player is not
working? Worked fine last night, now I am getting Invalid application when I
try to open my vongo player in the media center. I am not real computer
savvy, any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH VONGO APPLICATION. WORKED FINE FOR
ABOUT 5 DAYS AND THEN STOPPED OPENING IN MEDIA CENTER. IT WILL OPEN ON
THE DESKTOP, BUT STILL WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO WATCH ANY MOVIES USING THE
VONGO PLAYER. IT COMES UP WITH AN ERROR SAYING THAT "AN UNEXPECTED
ERROR OCCURED: COULD NOT FIND MEDIA". THE MOVIE IS CLEARLY DOWNLOADED,
BUT VONGO WILL NOT ALLOW ITS BUILT IN PLAYER TO PLAY IT....NOR WILL
THE VISTA MEDIA CENTER....THIS IS NOT A GOOD REVIEW FOR VONGO!

Same thing here. Vongo worked for several days; now, when I try to open it
through Windows Media Center, I get the following message: "Invalid
Application, Unable to open Vongo ... Would you like to disable this
application." Or something along those lines. Help

i have the same problem, the workaround that i've been using is that i use the normal application to choose the downloads, but when i want to watch them, i've added the /users/public/videos/vongo folder to the videos folder in MCE. hope that helps.

I've found that the only time vongo works in vista is before you set up
windows media player if this is setup you will get an invalid application
error in media center and will only be able to open vongo by using the stand
alone vongo application on your desktop...also you will forever get the error
that there seems to be a problem with your vongo library.

there is a problem with vongo that only happens once you have tryed to use
windows media player. if you attempt to set up media player vongo will no
longer work in media center. this is an issue that vongo must solve and the
more calls they receive on this matter the sooner they'll work on it.
