| | Drag & Drop from Explorer to CMD window Just another thing I'm not getting to work. I have an Explorer Window, mark a file and want it to drag to a cmd window. Both windows are visible but nothing happens. I could use in Windows NT4/2000/XP Any things to configure as it's easy to upload files via ftp or change directory via this. |

| | Re: Drag & Drop from Explorer to CMD window Yeah, that does seem to be gone. Don't know of any way to bring it back. Best thing I know of is that if you <Shift>+Right-click on a file, you'll have a 'Copy as Path' option. Then, if QuickEdit it turned on for the Command Prompt, a right-click will paste the path. -- Good Luck, Keith Microsoft MVP [Windows XP Shell/User] "Bernd Nowak" <BerndNowak@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:A767EE42-6C38-45A3-9142-E7A96902A2A4@microsoft.com... > Just another thing I'm not getting to work.
