Vista Changed my font?

I always hibernate my computer when I am with it, so when I logged on this
morning I noticed that it had started from scratch rather than from
hibernation. But what happened is that my font got changed somehow. I went
into control panel to check what the font was set to and it said it was
english and set in the US. I went into Word and tried to type to figure what
is going on but it isn't in english but notepad is. I went to another machine
that XP on it, got onto Word to figure out what the font was. The closest
font that I found was 'Marlett' Thanks for any help that is provided.
