The problem Linux has is that so very few are taking. Linux lunatics like to place the blame every place but on Linux itself. Vista is very expensive, most will say overpriced and I will agree. Linux is free. So? Simple case of using free rather than paying for self extortion. Yet, Linux is still well below the radar map. Maybe the Linux people who seem to come well equipped with spiked Koolaid, rose colored glasses and a mechanical device for putting their heads in the sand, should look a little closer to "/home" for Linux's failure to gain appreciable market share as a desktop system. In other words, stop whining and blaming every thing else but Linux itself. IOW the problem is Linux. Danny snip<<<<>>>> > Mark |

| | Re: Why MS should acquire Linux Microsoft should acquire Linux for one reason. To stop all the Linux weenies from saying that Linux is better than Windows (that is up for debate), but it sure would be funny. How many people do you think would use Linux if $500 million or more was spent a year on advertising ? How many people buy "Head On" ? Why does "Head On" out-sell many superior products ? Dean G.
