A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?

Re: Remember the "good old days"......

And people didn't sue because they did something stupid and think someone
should pay them for it, and people didn't lock their 3 year olds in a closet
for 3 days while they went on vacation. Yup, those were good times.

Re: Remember the "good old days"......

And we didn't have to lock our doors and people didn't steal ... then MS
won't have to implement the processes they have to protect their valuables
....

Re: Remember the "good old days"......

Want a challenge?
Go through that article and all it's associated articles and count the
number of times the word "experience" appears.
I'm farily certain that I am not the only one who thinks that Microsoft has
overused this word when talking about Vista.

heh, sort of like when you search for the word "Microsoft" on your C: drive
after a Vista install.
I turned up over 11,750 instances, and that was only counting file and
folder names, no file contents

Re: Remember the "good old days"......

I remember when NT came out there was a joke going around

"If you play the NT disc backwards
it says that <put your variation here>
is the devil.
And if you think that's bad,
play it forwards -
It installs NT."

Well, it was funny at the time ; )
