Error Message - File path Missing - Need Help to fix the Problem

After i upgrade from XP to Vista for 2 weeks, error messages keep on popping
up when i tried to open some programs and even my DVD player drive. The
message is like this"

" 'address' is missing. please check it and open it again"

If you know how to solve this problem, please reply me.
