| | Problem with Backup status and Configeration My home network has an attached Linkstation which I want to use for running weekly backups. When the Backup status and Config wizard runs it finds the Linkstation as well as the folder where I want to place the backup ( Linkstation\Archive\Vista Backup ) however when I select the folder and click next I am asked for user name and password to access the Linkstation which doesn't require a users name or password to access from my pc. If I enter the name of my pc and my user name ( vista 1\myaccount name) and my pc account password and click next I receive the following message " No mapping between the account names and security ID was done 0x80070534) I also have one of the folders in the linkstation mapped as Z drive which Backup doesn't see. Any suggestions? Thanks, RichC593 |
