2 Issues

Hi all I still have a couple of issues I'm trying to work out with no luck.

1- I cannot get setting to stick.
example: Control panel and Windows Explorer, when stretching the window to
where I want it---the next time I open either they are back to their
defaults. For some reason they are opening maximized witch I did not set.

2- I have a HDD that spins down (shuts off) after 5 +/- minutes. All powers
settings and advanced Power Settings are disabled for Disk Drives

ORGANIZE-LAYOUT-CHECK ''MENU BAR''
WHEN YOU GO TO EXIT THE WINDOW - FILE - CLOSE
AFTER DOING THIS I WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN THE FULL WINDOW
(MAY HAVE TO DO IT MORE THAN ONCE)
