| | Cannot uninstall antivirus, cannot download attachments I am unable to uninstall AVG free, and I am unable to download attachments from Windows Mail. I created a recovery point before I installed Vista, is there a way to get back to that? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

There is no way for us to tell with so little information. To the OP: See this link for restoring your computer back to XP: Restore a computer to a previous Windows installation after you install Windows Vista - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927522/en-us If the information is not applicable to you, back up your data and do a clean install of Vista.
