Or something else? It could be faulty hardware, it's unlikely to be the
Vista installation (manufacturers typically use an image and compatible
hardware). If it only happens when surfing the 'net, then I'd suspect that
you have already downloaded and installed an IE plug-in that is causing a
problem. If you know for sure that you haven't, then I'd be more inclined to
think it's hardware related, and you should take it straight back and have
