Programs blocked at startup

How can I stop that annoying banner that keeps popping up every few minuites
stating that windows has blocked some programs from startup?
While I appreciate it doing this and saving my resources, i dont want to be
reminded every ten minuites?

Right-click on the icon and choose the option to run the blocked program (if
you can identify it).

right click on the warning icon and choose system utility config or
something similar, and check box do not warning at next boot or something.
I don't remember the exact phase..

When Disabling this feature in Vista, You'll Have to download Vista
Manger http://www.yamicsoft.com/vistamanage...stamanager.exe
And Follow the steps to disable the annoying feature.

Next time it happens click on the banner and choose view programs..
this will bring up msconfig, place a check in the box to not show
again, does that work ?.
