It has been awhile since I used Boot Magic, but it seems that after
installing WinXP I had to re-install Boot Magic to get it to work properly.
If you have access to a Bart's PE WinXP CD you can look at the boot menu's
of each operating system and make sure they point to the right partition
number.
I use BootIT NG and after an install I just put the install CD in and it
reactivates the boot manager.
Sorry I was not much more help.
