| | Missing Feature in New File Associations Window? You could always delete a file type from the master file list in XP from Windows Explorer. Now they moved the file association list to Control Panel, Default Programs. While you can still CHANGE associations from there easily I see no way to delete a file type from the Master File Type List. Quickly scanning my list which is pretty extensive I see several that are just junk and I was going to get rid of them. Anybody find a way outside of messing with the Registry? |
