Vista - IE - Can Not Subscribe To RSS Feeds -Unknown Error Has Occurred

Hello,

Any time I try and subscribe to a RSS Feed in Windows Internet Explorer I
get an unknown error.

I am running Windows Vista RTM...

For example if I visit the IE team's RSS feed:

http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/rss.xml

And then click on "Subscribe to this feed" I get the following error:

Internet Explorer cannot display this feed

An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later.

Any attempt to view the feed in IE that I just subscribed to results in the
same error even after restarting IE completely.

Just to be sure that it is not an issue with the IE feed I tried a few other
feeds which results in the same behavior, for example these:

http://blogsearch.google.com/blogsea...=10&output=rss

http://wordpress.com/feed/

http://feeds.feedburner.com/Problogg...ggersEarnMoney

Any idea on would could be causing this and how I can go about resolving
this issue?
