cannot communicate with primary dns server - Vista Suspend/Sleep/Standby issue

After your computer resumes from sleep (or suspend mode, standby). You
cannot access the internet. Your IP address and DNS info is not lost. Error
message "cannot communicate with primary dns server"

Solution 1
Open Device manager, properties of your network adaptor, Power Management
tab, Select "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."
