| | Re: Aero is Not working !! Who is the manufacturer of your display device? Who is the manufacturer of your laptop? What is the model name / number? 128 VGA is just Microsoft's generic driver, which you should be able to upgrade... | | Re: Aero is Not working !! Having 128MB of video RAM does not mean that you can run Aero. It also must be a DirectX9 or higher GPU. (Not just a video card that supports DirectX 9.) You must also have a supported driver, and a video card/controller with a supported GPU. For example, you can have an NVIDIA GeForce4 MX4000 with 128MB of video RAM, but it's not going to support Aero because the MX4000 GPU does not have enough strength to run Aero. What specific video card/controller do you have?
