Vista in Sleeping Mode

Dear all,

I have installed the Windows Vista in my PC (P5L-MX). When my PC has
entered the Sleeping Mode, it cannot be woken up by pressing the power
button, so I have to reset it by turning off & on the power only. Any thing
need to set in bios to set it?

Can it be awakened by pressing the ESC key?
