Problems & Solutions CP applet

For some reason, the "Problem Reports & Solutions" Control Panel applet on my Ultimate x64 machine has stopped working. I click on the icon and absolutely nothing happens. This was fine up until a day or so ago, and I've no idea what has caused this to change.

Any ideas, anyone?

Thanks.

Re: Problems & Solutions CP applet

What happens if you click on the shortcut in Start
Menu\Programs\Maintenance\Problem Reports and Solutions? Or, more directly
, click on C:\Windows\system32\wercon.exe)? Try, too, right-clicking on
them and running as administrator.

I'm still puzzled as to why the CP entry doesn't work anymore.

But right-clicking wercon.exe and running as administrator does the trick. Many thanks.
